One of the reasons that WhatsApp is becoming such a popular sales and marketing channel is because it's essentially scam and spam free but that also means there is a little more involved in getting setup and also maintaining the account.

Chaaat is here to help! Here are the 4 steps to get up and running!

Step 1 : Verifying your Meta Business Suite

You can either add meta@chaaat.io as Admin to your account (video on how to do that below)

Step 2 : Verify and connect your WABA to your Meta Business Account (WhatsApp as a Business Account)

Great! So your business is verified and you're all set to connect a WABA. Do note this only needs to be done once and then you can access and control it from inside the Pave portal, it's that easy!

First up, tell us the number you'd like to use (it can't have been connected to another WhatsApp for Business provider before) or let us know you'd like us to acquire a number for you. Depending on the country of location, there may or may not be a cost that we pass on for this.

Then, if you added meta@chaaat.io to your Meta account as Admin we can do the rest, if not we'll need to arrange a short zoom call to get it done together. Can schedule that here.

Step 3 : Connect to your Chaaat account

This one is on us. Once the WABA is set up and connected to your Meta account we then connect it to your Chaaat account and you're done getting set up.

Step 4 : Create and approve a template and go!
