Creating and Running a Campaign

Exciting! So your new WhatsApp is approved and you're ready to start using it.


Follow our simple 4-step process


What's the goal? Is the idea to get people to RSVP to an event or simply indicate interest in a consultation?


What's the product? Don't go too broad. Pick 1 or 2 things you're focused on. Buyers often come back and say in WhatsApp chat things like "Thanks for the info on [that] but do you have anything on [this]"? WhatsApp is a great conversation starter!


What's the best timing? Work backwards from what you're trying to achieve. If it's related to an event, giving people 1-2 days before the event is a respectful buffer, for example.


Create the template. Once we've gone over this with you and worked on a campaign (once you're comfortable you can start doing it yourself), we submit the templates for approval (takes about 15-20 minutes for Meta to reject or approve for existing accounts or up to 24 hours for new accounts) and you're good to go.
