Connecting to HubSpot

Step 1

Make sure you are an Admin, as Marketing and Sales can't manage the setting up or disconnection of a HubSpot integration

Step 2

Navigate to the bottom left of the screen, click your profile icon and select "INTEGRATIONS" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3

Select "Connect" from the HubSpot integration box.

Step 4

A new tab will open, select the organisation you would like to connect to

You will then be asked to verify the connection and hit the green button, and you're all set! By default only new contacts will flow through but if you'd like to bring in all the contacts from your HubSpot account, please click "Full Sync".
